BIO
After graduating from the University of Georgia, Amelia remained in Athens, GA, and began her career in the nonprofit field, where she helped individuals with disabilities find meaningful, long-term employment. She later moved to the suburbs of Atlanta and began working at Sherrill & Hutchins, where she is excited to bring her problem solving, attention to detail, and passion for helping others to her role. A defining moment in Amelia’s professional journey was delivering a TEDx talk that has reached more than 220,000 viewers worldwide. Her talk was also recognized by TEDx as a featured speaker, an experience that continues to be a meaningful highlight of her career.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time with her church community and friends, staying active outdoors, traveling, and cooking.
