BIO
Kaitlin’s journey to financial planning began in 2014 when she submitted her resume to S&H on the University of Georgia’s job search site. This proud UGA alumni explains, “I’ve always been interested in personal finances, but never knew I could make a career out of it!” In 2018 she became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner.
In her dual roles as the Chief Compliance Officer as well as Director of Operations, Kaitlin works to ensure consistency of client service, efficient and accurate internal operations, and training of staff. Her meticulousness, combined with her experience with direct client work puts her in the perfect position to ensure that every client is served well by Sherrill & Hutchins.
On a typical, warm weekend you will probably find her walking her dog, Wylie, on a park trail, tubing down the Chattahoochee River with her husband, hosting a dinner party, or exploring a new area of the city.
Kaitlin was married in 2017 and currently lives in Vinings, GA. She and her husband, Michael, welcomed a baby boy, Drew, on Thanksgiving Day 2021.
